UGC NET Admit Card 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the UGC NET 2024 Admit Card today, 28 December 2024. Candidates appearing for the exam can now download their admit cards from the official website. Earlier, the Exam City Intimation Slip was issued on 24 December 2024, providing details about the exam city.
The UGC NET 2024 exam is scheduled to take place from 3 January 2025 to 16 January 2025.

UGC NET December 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum of:
- 55% marks for General/EWS candidates.
- 50% marks for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD candidates.
Final-year students are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit (As of 1 December 2024):
- For JRF: The maximum age limit varies by category. A relaxation of 5 years is provided for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Transgender candidates.
- For Assistant Professor: There is no age limit.
UGC NET December 2024 Exam Pattern
- Paper 1 – General Teaching और Research Aptitude (50 प्रश्न, 100 अंक)
- Paper 2 – Subject-Specific (100 प्रश्न, 200 अंक)
How to download the UGC Admit Card 2024
- Go to ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
- Select the “Admit Card” link.
- Provide your Application Number and Password/Date of Birth.
- Check the details on the screen and download the document.
- Take a printout for exam day and future reference.
