RBI JE Eligibility 2025: Age Limit, Educational Qualification

Educational Qualifications

Junior Engineer (Civil):

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized institution, or
• A degree in Civil Engineering.

Junior Engineer (Electrical):

• Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks, or
• A degree in Electrical Engineering.

Work Experience

• Diploma holders must have at least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field.
• Degree holders require a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
