CG Hostel Warden Document Verification 2025 Check Process for Hostel Superintendent Grade ‘D’

CG Hostel Warden Document Verification 2025: The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (VYAPAM) Raipur has announced the results for the examination conducted for the post of Hostel Superintendent Grade ‘D’. Consequently, the document verification process for selected candidates is being initiated.

CG Hostel Warden Document Verification Process

• Date: From January 12, 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Venue: Meeting Hall No. 2, Third Floor, Indravati Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh

Required Documents

Candidates are required to bring the following original documents along with two self-attested photocopies:

1. Examination admit card issued by VYAPAM
2. Copy of the examination result
3. High School and Higher Secondary School mark sheets
4. Original domicile certificate
5. Permanent caste certificate (for reserved categories)
6. Income certificate (for Other Backward Class candidates)
7. Ex-serviceman service certificate (if applicable)
8. Disability certificate (if applicable)
9. Recent passport-size photograph

Important Information

• The list of selected candidates has been uploaded on the department’s website www.cgtribal.gov.in
• Candidates are required to appear in person on the date mentioned in the list
• This process is being conducted by the Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar (Chhattisgarh)

The purpose of this document verification process is to confirm the eligibility and qualifications of the selected candidates. Candidates are requested to be present on the specified date and time with all necessary documents.
