Candidates must attach the following self-attested documents:

1. Class 10th marksheet (as proof of date of birth).
2. Birth certificate or equivalent.
3. Certificates of minimum educational qualifications (all relevant years).
4. Active employment registration certificate with the Chhattisgarh State Council.
5. Copy of Aadhaar Card.
6. Permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
7. Permanent residence certificate.
8. Experience certificate (if applicable).
9. Recent passport-size photograph.
